Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns
1.1 We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that have been used or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.
1.3 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at natasha.berresford@yhoo.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
2. Refunds
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
3. Exchanges
3.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at natasha.berresford@yhoo.com[your email address] for further instructions.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to Natahsa Berresford, 1 Bank Rd, Matlock, derbyshire, DE4 3AQ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
5.1 If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at natasha.berresford@yhoo.com so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
